Today, we are going to dream. We are going to let our minds wander and for a moment not worry about what is going on in the outside world. Today, I wanted to list off some scenarios that will make you think of something other than being stuck at home. I'll do it with you! Here's the start of letting our minds roam free.
Take a look at this scenario: What would you do if you won the lottery?
Think about it. What would you REALLY do if you won? Would you split it up? Take it and run? Buy something you've never thought was possible. Take a few minutes to think about it.
Here's my answer:
If I won the lottery... I would buy a house. I would pay that sucker off and just live. I would use whatever I had left to pay for school. Can you imagine the looks on the financial offices employees at my university.
"Um yes I would like to pay for college in cash right now... every penny of it"
Next, let's think about your dream vacation. Where would you go if you could, right now, drop everything and just go. No money involved.
Here's my answer:
Thailand! I would drop everything in a heartbeat to experience Thailand. Oh and did I mention the elephants?!?
Okay, one more... if you could build your dream home what would it look like and where? No budget, not rules!
Here's my answer:
Y'all if this was real, I'd be broke in no time! My future home would sit (somewhere, not sure of that yet) on a big chunk of land for me to be free to do whatever I please. No neighbors close and no traffic around. I want my dream home to have a long driveway entrance with willow trees hanging down and a white fence lining it. Just like Forrest Gump's home entrance. I want a HUGE white house, with a yellow door and an open floor plan. Oh and let's not forget the abundance of flowers surrounding the house!
Today, I wanted all the worry in your mind to go away. I wanted it to roam free. During this time, it is important to stay positive and clear minded. Share with me your dreams! I would love to hear them.
Thank you for playing along.
